Trapezy™ Releases Bookmark 2007.2 for Beta Testing

Trapezy™ Inc., a boutique software company focusing on the needs of tax, legal, and accounting professionals announced today that Trapezy™ Bookmark has completed its Beta Version of Patent forms and expects to for full release in the third quarter of 2008. The new release will include a complete database of U.S. Patent and Trademark forms along many of the standard filings such Office Action, Statement of Ownership.

"Our goal has been to provide a technology that can assist multiple industry groups in managing PDF files," said William Witt, Founder and CEO. "A patent attorney approached us and asked if we could modify our software to accommodate an entirely different market segment. Given our small and very nimble operations we were able to modify our software code to meet his expectations. The database is built under the same architecture as for tax professionals and we expect that this database will grow significantly to serve these customers."
